A 6-week Bible study for the mama who's tired of carrying it all alone.
You don't get to take a sick day from motherhood. You don't get to clock out. The same patience, attention, and emotional reserves your kids need at 7am are still being asked of you at 7pm — and the lies you carry into it ("you have to be perfect," "you'll never get this right," "your mistakes will define your kids") get heavier with every cycle.
Reset is a 6-week Bible study designed to take you back to the only place that holds — the gospel — and to teach you how to mother from there.
It's not a productivity hack. It's not five tips to be a calmer mom. It's a slow, scripture-anchored walk through what the gospel actually says about you, your identity, your mistakes, and the children God has given you. By the end, you don't have a new strategy. You have a new center.
How it works
Each week of Reset gives you:
- One theme video (15–20 minutes) — the teaching for the week, what scripture says, where the lie is, where the truth is
- Five short daily videos (about 3 minutes each) — designed for the school pickup line, the laundry pile, or the five-minute window before everyone needs you again
- Daily journal pages — scripture, reflection, prayer, and one thing to take into the day
Plus a comment thread inside each daily lesson where you can talk to other moms walking through it at the same time as you.
The six weeks
Week 1 — Identifying the story of your life. What if the story you've been telling yourself about your motherhood isn't the one God is telling? We start by asking what the gospel actually offers — and how grace redeems your identity from the ground up. Defining motherhood in terms of the gospel.
Anchor: Ephesians 2:8–10.
Week 2 — Knowing how he sees me. What does it mean to be in Christ — not as a phrase, but as a fact about who you are? We walk through what scripture says about meeting a holy God, having no sin or guilt remain, surrendering, and standing in confidence as his daughter.
Anchors: Hebrews 7:26, Ephesians 2:1–3, 1 Peter 2:22–25, Galatians 2:20, Romans 8:14–17.
Week 3 — Where his mercy meets my mistakes. He doesn't love like we do. He tends our broken places. We learn to discern his conviction (which always invites repentance and life) from condemnation (which only crushes), and how to receive the exchange he offers when we mess up.
Anchors: Psalm 103:13–14, Hebrews 4:14–16.
Week 4 — His peace pursues. We learn to lay down what weighs us down — including the lies that we have to be perfectly prepared, that mistakes will undo our kids, that we can't be a good mom because we never had one modeled. We replace each lie with scripture, and watch our posture change.
Anchors: Ephesians 2:7, Isaiah 40, 2 Corinthians 10:3–5, Philippians 4:6–7, 2 Corinthians 3:18.
Week 5 — His joy uproots my despair. What is joy, actually? What is despair? And how does the joy that's given by his Spirit hold us secure in the hard seasons of motherhood — the toddler year, the teen year, the years that don't have a name? We learn to walk with our eyes on him and become joy-givers ourselves.
Anchors: 2 Corinthians 4:7–10, Philippians 1:25–26.
Week 6 — Walking this out in community. All of this is harder alone. We close with what scripture says about gospel friendship — the friend who shows up, the friend who comforts, the friend who prays, the friend who keeps you encouraged. We learn to redefine motherhood-friendship with God's perspective instead of the world's.
Anchors: Exodus 17:12, 2 Corinthians 7:5–6, Colossians 4:12–13, Ephesians 6:21–22.
Bonus episodes. How to study scripture for yourself — so Reset isn't the last Bible study you ever do.
The seven lies we name and replace
These are the lies Reset takes head-on, week by week:
- "You'll never get this right."
- "You have to be perfect."
- "You can't be a good mom — you never had one modeled for you."
- "You have to be completely prepared, or you're a failure."
- "Your mistakes will negate any goodness in your kids."
- "You can't redeem the errors you've made."
- "Your children won't turn out well."
For each one, we sit with what scripture actually says, and learn to talk back.
What's included
- 6 weekly theme videos (15–20 minutes each)
- 30 daily videos (about 3 minutes each)
- 40-page printable journal (PDF, scripture, reflection, and prayer prompts)
- Bonus videos on studying scripture for yourself
- Comment-driven discussion inside each daily lesson — leave a question, encourage another mom, see how someone else heard the same passage
- Lifetime access on Kajabi — go through it once, twice, every season your kids age into a new stage
Who it's for
Christian moms who don't want one more "you've got this, mama" pep talk — they want the truth, slowly, scripture by scripture, until their motherhood actually feels different. Works for moms in any stage. Best done when you can give 10–15 minutes a day for six weeks.
"God doesn't call you to parent perfectly — He calls you to parent with him."
Bring Reset to your women's group, MOPS, or church study
Going through Reset together is the way most groups have done it. Group pricing for 5+ women: each woman gets her own course access for $35 (regularly $50 — 30% off). Email me to confirm your group and I'll send the group code.
You're not raising kids on willpower. You're raising them as a daughter of the Father who's already seen you, already redeemed you, already enough.
That's where motherhood resets.
